At RPIA, we believe in giving back to the community. Our mission is to facilitate charitable giving within our organization and the broader community by working collaboratively with our investors, employees, and community partners. Our focus areas include:

Fostering Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Address systemic barriers that limit opportunities for marginalized groups and promote fair, equitable, and inclusive decision-making. 2023 Update In FY2023, we established the official RPIA Donations Committee , which is comprised of six Principals and chaired by the CEO. These individuals are responsible for driving the firm’s charitable giving initiatives in a thoughtful and impactful manner – both for the firm and the benefiting communities. The Committee meets monthly and has implemented a formal approval process for reviewing philanthropic requests and ensuring adherence to our mission and three areas of focus.
