Vodimo vas u Švedsku i Dansku / we take you to the Swedish and Danish
As you probably know, there is no way you will stay hungry here. For a classic taste of famous Danish open-sandwiches (Smorrebrod) go to Schønnemann at Hauser Plads. The Meatpacking district on Vester- bro has an amazing variety of modern and extremely good restaurants, like the Fish Bar and Pate Pate. My favourite place in my neighbourhood of Nørrebro is the small and cosy restaurant Oyesters and the Gri- ll on Sjællandsgade. Or the Italian place Osteria16 on Vesterbo. And for a good drink or a beer you should head for Blågårdsgade or The Barking Dog on Sankt Hans gade. For me, travelling is living. I've been so lucky to travel my whole life with my parents, and I've studied and lived abroad in Granada and San Francisco, and I now work in Halifax, Canada. I travel as often as I can, it opens my mind, inspires me, and I feel very grateful that I have the possibility to do it, both privately and professionally. But one of my favourite places must be the Kuća Čolovića in Mala Vrbica, because it conne- cts me so much to my childhood and my family. I do visit Belgrade! Not as often as I would like, but I love the city. It's so vibrant, the people are so welcoming and warm, and I especially love the food. You can never go wrong with a good pljeskavica (bur- ger), gibanica (cheese pie) and rakija (homemade fru- it brandy)! I find the area of Šumadija particularly extraordinary. My dad’s family is from there. We often visit the family house of Kuća Čolovića in Mala Vr- bica, and I feel very lucky and grateful to be close to this historical and rural area of Serbia. KO JE DANICA? Danica Ćurčic (31), danska glumica sa srpskim korenima, iz- vlači najbolje iz dve kulture: balkanske i skandinavske. Diplo- mirala je na danskoj Nacionalnoj školi za pozorište i odmah dobila angažman u Kraljevskom danskom pozorištu. Na Me- đunarodnom filmskom festivalu u Berlinu 2014. godine dobila je nagradu Shooting Star. Pored toga što snima mnogo filmo- va i radi sa Oskarom nagrađenim rediteljima, ona takođe igra klasične Šekspirove likove u pozorištu, i to one muške: Ha- mleta, kralja Lira i Otela. Ona želi sve. I to može jer je već za- uzela svoje mesto u danskoj filmskoj i pozorišnoj produkciji. WHO IS DANICA? Danica určić (31), a Danish actress with Serbian roots, brin- gs out the best in her two cultures: Balkan and Scandinavian. A graduate of the Danish National School of Theatre, she was immediately hired at the Royal Danish Theatre. In 2014, Da- nica was named Shooting Star at the Berlin International Film Festival. Apart from appearing in several films, working with Oscar winning directors, she also plays classical Shakespeare- an male characters in theatre: Hamlet, King Lear and Othello. She wants it all. And she can do it, because she is already a highly respected actress in the Danish film industry.

ni danski restorančići. U Direha- venu se nalazi najstariji zabavni park na svetu Baken, koji treba vi- deti zbog istorije i okruženja. Kao što verovatno znate, ne postoji način da ostanete glad- ni u Kopenhagenu. Za klasičan ukus čuvenog danskog sendvi- ča (Smørrebrød) idite na Šone- man na Hauser placu. Mitpe- king u distriktu Vesterbro pun je neverovatno raznolikih savre- menih i dobrih restorana, kao što su Fish bar i Pate Pate . Moja omiljena mesta nalaze se u mom komšiluku, to su mali i udoban restoran Ojsters i roštilj u Sje- landsgadeu. A za dobro pivo, pravac Blgardsgade ili pab The Barking Dog . Za mene su putovanja život. Imala sam sreće da putujem od- malena sa svojim roditeljima, studirala sam i živela u Grana- di i San Francisku, trenutno sni- mam film u Kanadi. Putujem kad god mogu, to me otvara, inspiri- še, zahvalna sam na mogućnosti- ma koje mi se pružaju privatno i profesionalno. Ali jedno od mo- jih omiljenih mesta na svetu ipak
je Kuca Čolovica u Maloj Vrbici, jer me vezuje za detinjstvo i po- rodicu. Dolazim u Beograd, mada ne onoliko često koliko bih vole- la. Volim taj grad, tako je živ, go- stoljubiv i topao. A tek hrana! Ni- šta ne može da krene naopako uz pljeskavice, gibanicu i raki- ju. Ipak, naročito volim Šumadi- ju. Uvek sam srećna u tom istorij- skom, ruralnom srpskom kraju.
