Launch of NIBA's Insight Research

Over the past few months, NIBA has undertaken extensive consultation and research, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to better understand the broking profession and where it is heading. This session will share the findings from the focus area ‘The Broker of 2035’, with insights from NIBA’s CEO and research partner CoreData. Together, they will explore what the data reveals about the broker of the future, the opportunities and challenges ahead, and how the profession can prepare for the next decade and beyond.
