Although they arrived with limited knowledge of insurance broking, their experience at the Gala Lunches sparked a genuine interest in the profession. The Insure Your Future team in Victoria, along with Cameron Sheild, were thrilled to welcome Quy for an exciting afternoon of networking and an opportunity to share insights into the world of insurance broking. Joel engaged with the Queensland team, including Steven Hill, Emily Booth, Saurabh Adhiya, Jonathan Yogarajah, Matt Wheelahan. A big thank you to the IYF team for making their involvement possible. "I had an amazing time at the Gala Lunch. It was such a mix of excitement and nerves, but in the best way possible. As a Software Engineering student, I wasn't sure what to expect from an event focused on insurance broking, but I ended up genuinely intrigued by the industry. It was eye-opening to see how dynamic and innovative the field can be, and I left with a real interest in exploring it further."
