The VillaKey Difference - onboarding your home is completely free, including: • No Initiation Fee. • Waived Ongoing Bill Pay Service Fee. • Free initial photography. • List property to all major booking websites. • Install signs & virtual guestbooks. • Initial rent ready inspection. • Set up tax accounts with LPOA, W-9, Sales Tax Certificate Number, Tourist Tax Certificate, Vacation Rental License, and Local Business Tax Receipt & Registrations. Ongoing fees include everything we do to make your home a successful vacation rental, including the following services: Pool Cleaning: $110/month Pest Control: $30/month. Cleaning fee: Always paid by the guest and based on the property size. Owner's Reserve : $1000 (Balance to remain in your account at all times in case of emergencies) Monthly Management Fee: $135.00 + 20% commission for all bookings we bring to your property. Linens: $45/month E-Lock: $25/month
