QUALIFICATIONS Essential: • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience Desirable: • Relevant professional qualification in Project Management • Relevant professional qualification in Sus- tainability / Carbon Management / Environ- mental Sciences EXPERIENCE Essential: • Experience of effective stakeholder manage- ment • Experience of delivering projects within a complex organisation • A proven ability to deliver projects on time, to budget and specification. • Experience managing contractors and con- sultants • Experience delivering energy efficiency or carbon management projects Desirable: • Experience of working in Higher Education or on construction projects within this sector. • Experience gathering and analysing data to measure impact of projects delivered, as part of the post-completion evaluation. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Essential: • Competent in the use of Microsoft Software Packages and Project Management pro- grammes and Gantt charts. • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with evidence of ability to lead mul- ti-disciplinary teams. Desirable: • Knowledge of the construction industry, including current construction and safety legislation.

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS Essential: • Ability to work occasionally outside of normal university business hours. • Willing to undertake training as required • Ability to travel to all three campuses (Bray- ford, Riseholme, Holbeach) and work from home.
