All offices have been busy these last few months, burning the candle at both ends. As we move into the final quarter of the year, many clients will request projects to be completed or reach certain milestones before year’s end, adding to the workload. Get appropriate rest and maintain a healthy lifestyle to avoid fatigue and keep pace with day-to-day work demands. Make healthy decisions, and know when your body needs a break.
