Milošu Janoševiću, 25-godišnjem barmenu iz Beograda, to je pošlo za ru- kom, pa je na takmičenju barmena u Japanu poneo titulu za najbolji koktel u kategoriji Bartenders Choice . Njegov Uranage je pobedio najviše zahvaljuju- ći sastojku koji je Miloš sam napravio, likeru od maline. – Mnogo volim da eksperimenti- šem sa sastojcima. Tako je i nastao ovaj moj koktel – kaže Miloš. I upravo je tajna dobrog koktela u tome – u pravilnom odabiru sastojaka i njihovom mešanju po tačno određe- nim merama. – Nema najpopularnijih kokte- la, osim nekih koji su možda stekli sla- vu zahvaljujući nekoj seriji ili fimu, kao Kosmopoliten u seriji Seks i grad. His “Uranage” won thanks mainly to an ingredient that Miloš made himself: raspberry li- queur. - I really love to experiment with ingredients. That’s also how this cock- tail of mine emerged - says Miloš. And that is precisely where the secret of a good cocktail lies – in the right choice of ingredients and mix- ing them in precisely the right meas- ures. - There are no most-popular cock- tails, except some that perhaps gained fame thanks to a TV series or film, such as “The Cosmopolitan” in Sex and the City.
