HOTEL BOTANICA

an experience of height, air, and light, day and night. You can lie on a sunbed and not believe the view that unfolds before you. Each floor of the hotel is designed with a unique color, and there is a variety of luxurious rooms that suit all types of people. From the Templer room with a sloped roof and a European flair to the spacious, colorful, and pampering superior rooms. Everything is enveloped in art. The open gallery in the hotel displays contemporary works chosen specifically for the spirit of Botanica. This is not just a cultural addition but an inseparable part of the experience, with unique design and art that awakens the senses. Then, of course, there's the food. At the front of the hotel is the “Terrace” - a new kosher dairy and fish chef restaurant that brings the nature of Mount Carmel, Wadi Nisnas, and the Mediterranean Sea directly to the plate. Two renowned chefs, Haim Dayan, created a menu in dialogue with Italy, the Mediterranean, and Israel, but mostly with the spirit of the place. The heart of the restaurant is its magical terrace, which overlooks the gardens and is surrounded by herb gardens and fruit trees. The atmosphere, somewhere between Tuscany and Havana, is wrapped in an international playlist, fresh scents, and precise flavors. Every dish, every cocktail, every culinary combination is the result of precise thought, seasonality, and a deep understanding of the raw ingredients. Terrace is not just a “hotel restaurant” but a culinary journey between localness and innovation, between roots and imagination. In the afternoon, a luxurious high tea is served here, which will transport you straight to the sophisticated lobby of a luxurious British hotel and give you a true international experience. The Jaffa: Jaffa Like You've Never Seen It Before The luxurious Jaffa hotel had already become an urban

spirit, the landscape, and the emotion. Here, the art isn’t just hanging on the walls; it becomes part of the entire experience: sensory, emotional, and intellectual. Botanica, Haifa: Urban Nature with a Local Flavor In the heart of the German Colony in Haifa, opposite the magnificent Bahá ʼ í Gardens, stands the Botanica Hotel, which lives and breathes its surroundings. True to its name, the Botanica Hotel flourishes in every direction: in its design, its flavors, and the sense of discovery it offers its guests. Architect Guy Arbel and designer Nestor Sandbank created a hotel that connects the experience of wild nature with the urban pulse of Haifa. The colors are bold, the design language is precise, and the small details - intimate seating areas, sofas surrounded by tropical plants, and fuchsia armchairs against a vibrant green background - invite you not just to stay, but to explore. On the third floor, an impressive rooftop awaits with a swimming pool and a view that words cannot describe (but we will try anyway): It offers a breathtaking view of the Bahá ʼ í Gardens. This is not just a “nice view” but
