You will feel the intention already in the lobby: centuries-old teak that has been sensitively crafted, raw linen in earthy tones, and recycled glass that brings the mountains into the space. Every material tells a story. The design isn’t “rustic” or a disguise; it is simply faithful to the spirit of the place. The spa spans two floors and offers a deeper experience than mere pampering. It features 15 double treatment rooms, a luxurious indoor pool, a jacuzzi with a charming view, a Turkish hammam, and glass saunas that merge the body with the horizon. This turns every treatment into a renewal.

At the heart of Canaan lies the 26.8 restaurant, by Chef Amos Hayon. Its name hints at the philosophy: every ingredient is collected within a 26.8 km radius. This isn’t a trend, but a true connection to the land of the Galilee. Local dairy farm cheeses, vegetables picked that same morning, and wines from vineyards just over the hill. This is a meal that is a local story on a plate, one that cannot be replicated anywhere else. And if that’s not enough, Canaan offers a culture of conscious slowing down.
