This course provides training on the standard itself but also on how to lead or conduct internal audits and supplier audits using ISO 19011, the guideline standard on how to audit management systems. The IATF 16949:2016 is a technical specification which forms the requirements or application of ISO 9001 for automotive production and relevant service part organizations. It is essentially ISO 9001 with additional automotive specific requirements and is required by most major automotive manufacturers.
