Becky Wisdom M-Squad Ambassador 2007-2026
I began my career with Midland Shell Federal Credit Union in 1987, serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing. When the credit union opened its membership to the community in 2005 and changed its name to Members Financial Federal Credit Union, I continued in that role until 2014, when I was promoted to President and CEO—a position I proudly continue to hold today. In 2007, I joined the Midland Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador and member of the M-Squad. Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of serving in several leadership roles within the organization, including Chair-Elect, Secretary, and Social Director.
My involvement with the M-Squad has been especially meaningful to me, and I have been honored to be recognized as Volunteer of the Year in both 2010 and 2016. Serving the Midland business community and giving back through the Chamber has been a rewarding part of my professional journey.
