Every class is built around a simple, effective formula: 30 minutes of strength training and 30
minutes of cardio, designed to work for every fitness level in the room. Whether you’re a lifelong athlete or walking into your first class ever, certified coaches are with you the entire hour, guiding your pace and form so the workout meets you where you are. Pricing has stayed the same since the studio first opened its doors in 2016. For Vik and his team, it’s about more than reps and calories burned—it’s about giving the Basin a place where fitness becomes a gateway to better mental health and overall well- being.
