GENERAL 1. What is the Parents Portal? The Parents Portal is an online platform that allows parents to top up balance and pre-order meals for their children at school. 2. Who can use the Parents Portal? Parents or guardians of students registered at partner schools. 3. Can one account be used for more than one child? Yes, the account balance is shared across all registered children under the same parent account.
LOGIN & ACCESS 4. How do I log in to the Parents Portal? You can log in using the email address registered with the school’s database. 5. Do I need to set a PIN? Yes, the first time you log in, you’ll be asked to set a PIN for added security. 6. What if I forget my PIN? Use the "Forgot PIN" feature or contact the school’s support team to reset it.

TOP-UP BALANCE 8. How do I top up my balance? Go to the "Top Up" tab and choose your preferred payment method (credit card, virtual account, etc.). 9. What is the minimum top-up amount? The minimum top-up is IDR 300,000. 10. Will I get a notification when my balance is low? Yes, an email alert will be sent when your balance drops below IDR 300,000. 11. Can one balance be used for multiple children? Yes, the balance is shared and can be used for all children linked to your account. PRE-ORDER MEALS 12. What is the purpose of Pre-Order Meals? Pre-ordering allows your child to get their meals without having to queue at the school canteen. 13. Can I place an order for more than one child at once? Yes, you can pre-order meals for up to 2 children in a single transaction. 14. How far in advance can I pre-order?
You can pre-order meals up to one week in advance. 15. What is the cut-off time for pre-ordering meals?
You can place pre-orders for the upcoming week, but only until Thursday at 11:59 PM of the current week. After that, the system will only allow pre-orders for the week after next. Example: If today is Wednesday, July 10: You can pre-order meals for Monday–Friday, July 15–19 Cut-off: Thursday, July 11 at 11:59 PM If you try to order on Friday, July 12 or later: You can only order meals for Monday–Friday, July 22–26
Summary: ✅ Orders for next week must be placed by Thursday, 11:59 PM this week ❌ After that, only meals for two weeks ahead can be ordered 16. Can I cancel a pre-order? Yes. You can cancel a pre-order no later than 7:00 AM on the same day via the History tab or Pre-Order calendar. 17. Will I receive a refund if I cancel? Yes. Your balance will be refunded automatically, even if the original payment was made via Virtual Account or other external methods.
HISTORY & ACTIVITY 18. What can I see in the History tab? You can view: · Top-up transactions · Balance usage
· What items your child has purchased at school
19. Can I see what my child bought at school? Yes, purchase history is shown in detail under the History section.
INSUFFICIENT BALANCE 20. What happens if my balance is insufficient? You will need to top up through the website to continue using the service. 21. What if my child can’t buy food due to low balance? For Kindergarten and Primary students, your child may ask the teacher for a food coupon. The school will send a monthly invoice for these redemptions. 22. Will my child still receive meals if the balance is zero? Yes, for Kindergarten and Primary students, the teacher can provide a food coupon, and the amount will be invoiced later.
TECHNICAL & OTHER QUESTIONS 23. Is Parents Portal available as an app? Currently, the platform is web-based and can be accessed via browser on phones, tablets, or computers. 24. Can I access the portal from multiple devices? Yes, as long as you log in using your registered email, you can access it from any device. 25. Who do I contact if I face technical issues? Please reach out to the school’s support team or use the help/contact feature in the portal.
