INSUFFICIENT BALANCE 20. What happens if my balance is insufficient? You will need to top up through the website to continue using the service. 21. What if my child can’t buy food due to low balance? For Kindergarten and Primary students, your child may ask the teacher for a food coupon. The school will send a monthly invoice for these redemptions. 22. Will my child still receive meals if the balance is zero? Yes, for Kindergarten and Primary students, the teacher can provide a food coupon, and the amount will be invoiced later.
