By 2006, the company had outgrown its cur- rent space, so we moved the business to a new building in Gallatin, Tennessee. The purpose-built facility, which includes 43,000-square-feet of fabrication, engineering, and administrative areas, is designed for optimized sheet metal fabrication, improved workflow, and improved work- er safety. “This ‘from the ground up’ approach has served us well over the years. My mantra from the start has been to ‘do it right the first time.’ As a result, we never take shortcuts in the design or materials of our systems, nor do we sacrifice the performance of our systems simply to sell a job. We stand behind every project, making it right if adjustments are needed after startup. “Safety and quality are not mutually exclusive. As a firm believer in meeting safety codes, new concepts are proof-tested in our fabrication shop where we simulate customer processes. “I don’t believe in spinning an old concept from the 1980s or 1990s into something that it’s not. I prefer to stick with what I know will work. That’s why everything we sell has been tested in our shop and in the field. That’s also why we are so focused on new product development. “In 2022 alone, we developed new noise control meth- ods, new electrical controls designs, and improved pho- to eye detection hardware.
