Une ancienne commis-trésorière du canton de Hawkesbury-Est, qui a plaidé coupable à des accusations de fraude et d’abus de confiance, a comparu en cour vendredi pour une audience de détermination de la peine. Le procureur de la Couronne, Daniel Brisebois, a demandé une peine de prison pour Mme Rozon, afin d’envoyer un message dissuasif au grand public. Une peine de deux ans à deux ans et demi a été proposée. L’affaire doit revenir devant le tribunal de L’Orignal le 27 aout.
