2021 NEBRASKA PASSPORT

Now in its 12th year, the Nebraska Passport Program continues to be a popular way to invite visitors to explore Nebraska’s unique tourist destinations. North Platte’s three Passport stops will not only benefit the individual participating businesses, but the entire community as Passport visitors explore all of the other destinations. On the “Parking Spot” tour celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Nebraska State Parks system is the Buffalo Bill Ranch State Historical Park. North Platte’s Cedar Room joins attractions such as Arbor Lodge, TreeRush Adventures and Whispering Pines Bed and Breakfast. With its unique atmosphere of modern meets rustic, guests to The Cedar Room feel cozy yet elegant while eating from the delicious American fusion cuisine menu. North Platte’s Feather River Vineyard is a part of the “Growth Opportunity” tour.

Rated the number 2 Nebraska winery by the critics at AmericanWineryGuide.com, at 37 acres Feather River Vineyard is one of Nebraska’s largest vineyards. Feather River features a tasting room with a veranda, a delightful patio and pergola to enjoy the wine among the vines, and stunning views. While the 2020 tour was configured differently to adjust to the pandemic, 1,188 participants managed to visit all 70 stops and a record 222,318 Passport stamps were recorded. In 2019, the Passport program generated $23.7 million in traveler spending.
