Residences at the Masonic Lodge Methuen’s Masonic Lodge & The Red Tavern have been a vital part of Methuen’s downtown district for centuries. Both properties are steeped in Methuen history. In fact, you can’t tell the story of Methuen’s past without discussion of the Masonic Lodge and The Red Tavern. The passage of time and lack of investment have robbed these historical treasures of their brilliance and community significance. Residences at the Masonic Lodge aims to restore the significance of these once iconic buildings and ultimately to help the revitalization of Methuen’s downtown district. We expect this will accelerate the rebirth for
Methuen’s Downtown District as it will begin to create more of a live, work, and play downtown district. The Residences at the Masonic Lodge will include:
19 new upscale apartments with modern amenities and high-end finishes. 10 newly renovated commercial units with newly constructed amenities (retail & office) A full-service restaurant – Mexico Lindo
High-end landscaping, including outdoor common areas. The Masonic Lodge building is almost 100% leased up and the Red Tavern will be leasing in January 2024. The Residences at the Masonic Lodge Leasing will begin in early 2023
