Route(s) of Exposure Symptoms
First Aid
Wash with soap and water. If irritation develops and persists, get medical attention. Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water. Remove contact lenses and continue flushing at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, obtain medical attention. If swallowed and conscious give large quantities of water and after water has been swallowed, try to get them to vomit by having them touch the back of their throat. Do not make an unconscious person vomit. Get medical attention. Move to fresh air. Restore or support breathing as required. Keep the person warm and at rest. Seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Section 5 - Fire-Fighting Measures
Suitable Extinguishing Media:
Water, CO 2 , Sand
Unsuitable Media:
None known.
Unusual Fire & Explosion Hazards:
Severe or extreme explosion possibilities exist whenever fine wood dust or post fibers have been allowed to accumulate in the roof areas or wall supports. A small initial explosion may be followed by a larger explosion after the dust has been dislodged. In a building with automatic sprinkler protection, the explosion may disconnect sprinkler piping and render it ineffective. Wet down with water. If dense smoke is present use self contained breathing apparatus. Spray water on fire as straight stream may tend to spread fire.
Special Firefighting Procedures:
Section 6 - Accidental Release Measures
Personal Precautions:
Remove clothing that may be contaminated. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. For personal protection see Section 8.
Methods and Materials for Containment and Cleaning Up:
Sweep or vacuum. Avoid the use of compressed air since explosive concentrations may form. Burn or dispose in a sanitary landfill according to state and local regulations.
