the “R” in "RUTH,” print a "T.” Cut away all the remainder of this panel. You now have the word “TRUTH.” Fold the left panel over, and on top of the letters “T” and “R,” print “Y” and "O.” Then cut away the remainder of the panel, leaving the word “YOUTH.” Fold the bottom part of the paper backwards, and you have the word “YOU.” )

the word “TRUTH,” reminding us of Ecclesiastes 1:13, “I gave my heart to seek and search out by wisdom concerning all things that are done under heaven.” It is splendid when youth wants the truth. We will open the paper further and see what we find. The word “TRUTH” is changed into the word “RUTH.” In Ruth 1:16 we read, “In treat me not to leave thee, or to re turn from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God.” Ruth gives us a beautiful example of remembering the truth in the days of youth. Each one of us should follow her example. WESTERN BAPTIST BIBLE COLLEGE 528 33rd St, Oakland 9, Calif. Three Year Ef i b I e S c h o o l granting diploma. Approved for Ve te ran 's (G. I.) Training. Lesson: When a person wears a col lege cap, such as this, indicating that he has graduated from a college, he is supposed to have wisdom. Wisdom is skill in using knowledge. Nearly everybody would like to have wis dom, but not everybody knows how to get it. Here is a card that has the first three letters of the alphabet on it. There are some who would tell you that the first thing which must be done to gain wisdom is to learn the letters of the alphabet. Others might tell you that you must work hard, suggested by these gloves. You must work hard, if you are to get wisdom, and you must learn the alphabet, but neither of these is the starting place. Here is a road map. If you are to take a trip, you look at the map, locate the place where you are and the place where you are going, and trace your Journey along the high way. We want to take a journey to the land of wisdom. We must first find where to start this important trip. This card gives us the answer. It reads, “The fear of the, Lord is the beginning of wisdom” (Prov. 9:10). We are living in a day when more young people are being trained in schools than ever before, but it is sad to know that many of them will never reach true wisdom, because they are not starting with the fear of the Lord. This word “FEAR” does not mean that we are to be afraid of the Lord. If we are Christians, we do not fear Him in that way. It does mean that we should trust Him, and desire to please Him. It is wonderful to have wisdom. However, if you are ever to secure it, you must begin with the fear of :he Lord. Object: A piece of paper 9 x 11 nches. (Fold in thirds, so the size s 3 x 11 inches. Lesson: This paper has the word “YOU” printed on it, and it contains a message for every one of you. I am sure you have never seen a piece of paper like it. As I open it, the word “YOU” is changed to “YOUTH.” It reminds me of a verse in the Bible, “Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth” (Eccl. 12:1). There are many ways of remembering God, and Ecclesiastes 12:13 tells us two of the most important ways in which we should remember Him, “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments.” One of the first commandments for the unsaved per son to obey is found in Acts 16:31, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.” Opening this paper further, I find that the word “YOUTH” changes into
