Pearson Hydraulics has now been established for fifty years and have reached their half centenary of trading in 2014. In that time we have built a sound reputation within the fluid power industry and have become synonymous with impeccable service, quality components, technical exper tise and substantial product stockholding. Recent investment in an up-to-date stock management software system, fully equipped machining workshop and automated production machinery will enable us to fur ther improve our products and services to new and existing customers alike. Pearson Hydraulics was first appointed as a sales partner for Sauer Sundstrand in 1998 and has continued to be a well respected distributor of Sauer Danfoss now Danfoss power solutions hydraulic and electronic products since the merger in 2000 to the present day. For the future Pearson Hydraulics have now been appointed Danfoss Tier 1 sales & service partner status for the U.K and will continue to offer a comprehensive range of Danfoss and complimentary products from stock, suppor ted by an abundance of product and application expertise gathered from the many years of experience within the industrial and mobile hydraulic sectors. Pearson Hydraulics is able to assist with component specification, system design, troubleshooting,

retrofitted solutions, installation services, electronic control system design employing the Danfoss +Plus1 ‘GUIDE’ software platform and tailored solutions. Pearson Hydraulics are also specialists in the design and manufacture of standard, compact and custom hydraulic power units. Our power units are designed and manufactured in-house using the very latest technology. We operate in partnership with all of our customers to encourage a confident and close working relationship from initial contact through to after sales support and beyond. Over the years, Pearson Hydraulics has also secured distribution agreements with some of the leading industry manufacturers which include:Turolla OCG, Comatrol, OMT, Luen and Inter traco. The advantages of kitting can be significant, the cost reduction of procuring one kit instead of many individual items, the time saved from requisitioning & picking each item, the reduced costs of stock inventory and obsolete parts, you will only be supplied the exact parts in the quantities you require. Let us take the burden of stocking your par ts for you. We will carry the appropriate quantity of par ts to fulfil your requirements on time and delivered in full. Pearson Hydraulics Ltd has invested in the latest computer stock control system with bar coding facilities to maintain full quality and traceability. As well as the latest technology in hose assemble and test equipment, our new Marken automatic hose cutting machine is capable of measuring and cutting up to 750 hoses per hour accurately. It is also fitted with an ink jet laser printer attachment so we can print the hose with the customers personal printing for example part number or bar code. This makes for easy identification of the hoses in the kit. All PC programmed for fast and accurate inputting and instant recall when the kit is reordered.. Our new Uniflex P200 hose pressure tester is capable of testing pressures up to 1,300 bar and produces a computer generated file which can be saved or printed as a record of the test performed.
