CLAIMS
• Orders must be accepted or the right to a claim is forfeited. • Damage, quality or shortage claims must be reported within 5 working days of delivery. • All claims must include photos of each affected tray with barcode label visible and a group photo of all affected trays if there is more than one tray. • Any credit requests not received within 5 days of shipment accompanied by photos will not be processed. • Full order credit requires return of all plant material. • Claims involving viruses, diseases, or plant performance issues require the customer to send a sample plant in its growing container to a professional lab or to hardystarts for testing. • Hardystarts does not offer a guaranteed program. Hardystarts is not responsible for issues beyond its
control such as flowering time, customer crop time, or customer losses.
Replacements: • Must be submitted as a new order to assure it is processed quickly.
