As we reflect on Q3, I want to take a moment to recognize the dedication and hard work each of you has put in. Every day, you bring passion and resilience to Shangri- La Bosphorus, creating memorable experiences for our guests and making a real difference. I am immensely proud of how we’ve come together as a team, supporting one another and navigating this journey side by side. This quarter, we faced some challenges, particularly with our occupancy levels. While it’s been a test of our adaptability, I have full confidence that we will address these issues head-on. We’ve already identified areas for improvement, and together, we’ll implement solutions that will put us back on track. I am counting on each of you to bring your creativity and commitment as we work towards these goals. Looking ahead to Q4, let’s carry forward the momentum we’ve built. This is our opportunity to finish the year strong, surpassing expectations and delivering exceptional experiences.
