BAFFLES CNC manufactured baffles to provide maximum turbulence and heat transfer with a minimum fluid pressure drop.
THREAD CNC precision thread- ing to provide accurate leakproof connections.
FLOW CAVITY Generously sized to al - low for minimum pres- sure drop and more uniform flow.
CAST BONNET Provides f luid into tubes with minimum restriction. One, two, or four pass interchange- ability.
FINISH Gr ay semi - gloss enamel. Can be used as a base for additional coats.
MOUNTING BRACKET
Heavy gauge steel mounting brackets are adjustable in orienta- tions to 360 degrees.
BUNDLE ASSEMBLY CNC precision man- ufac tured par t s to guarantee a close fit between the baffles, tubes, and shell. Clear- ances are minimized to provide for maximum heat transfer.
TUBE SHEET Precision-machined tube-sheet provides for long lasting high strength service.
FULL FACE GASKET Full-face composite gas- ket.
TUBE JOINT Roller expanded tube joint to tube-sheet.
DRAIN PORT Drain ports allow for easy draining of tube side. Op- tional zinc anode can be inserted in place of plug.
