JEDNA KAP ODLUČUJE ONE DROP IS DECISIVE
Mitovi o višegodišnjem timskom proučava- nju parfema prave se za marketinške svrhe, a u stvari bez eksperimentisanja, veštine i iznenađe- nja nema kvalitetnih mirisa. Ovo nam je potvrdio Nenad Jovanov, vlasnik najstarije beogradske ma- nufakture za proizvodnju parfema, osnovane 1954. Mirisne komponente nabavlja iz rafinerije eterič- nih ulja u Švajcarskoj, Francuskoj i Austriji. Drži se starih, proverenih recepata i pravi parfeme, to- aletne vode i pomade za negu lica. Pustio nas je u svoj opojni svet. Ali opet ne miruje, priča s nama i istovremeno špahtlom meša ulje belog mošu- sa i rastvorene kristale u staklenoj ćasi. Tako do- bija miris koji podseća na cvet tuberozu. Smesa je gotova kad postane kao pasta. U zanosu izgovara: „Parfemi imaju moć, spajaju srodne duše, mogu da podmlade i da probude uspomene. Jedan gos- podin, udovac, osim omiljene kolonjske vode, oba- vezno kupi bočicu mirisa koji je koristila njegova žena. Kaže, da mu kuća ne bude prazna.“
Myths on lengthy team studies for creating per- fumes are a marketing creation, and actually with expe- riment, skills and surprises, there are no fine fragrances. This was confirmed for us by Nenad Jovanov, the owner of Belgrade’s oldest manufacturer for the production of perfume, established in 1954. He acquires aromatic es- sential oil components from refineries in Switzerland, France and Austria. He sticks to old proven recipes and real perfumes, colognes and ointments for facial care. He let us into his intoxicating world. But he still doesn’t relax, as he talks to us and simultaneously uses a spa- tula to blend white musk oil and crystals dissolved in a glass beaker. Thus he creates a scent reminiscent of tu- berose flower. The mixture is ready when it becomes like a paste. He speaks enthusiastically: “Perfumes have power, they connect soul mates, they can rejuvenate and awaken memories. One gentleman – a widower, as well as buying his favourite cologne, is always sure to buy a bottle of the perfume that was used by his wife. He says, so his house isn’t empty.”
