ATTENTION: Property Management Organizations, are you interested in attracting young profes- sionals to your company? Gaining a competitive edge by having a flexible, cost-effective workforce at your finger tips? Having a fresh perspective on operations and services? Hiring employees who actually have chosen a career in real estate management? The new and exciting IREM Internship Program can provide all of the above.Working closely with area colleges, universities and trade schools, etc., three local IREM Chapters are offering an In- ternship Program designed to give your organization access to a pool of young hopefuls currently studying real estate management or related fields. The Internship Program allows your company to free up existing staff to pursue other projects, provides an ideal way to fill temporary positions, use as a recruitment tool, help students to gain experience while providing a great way to give back to your community.
