Fort Lee, Leonia, Englewood, Edison, Cherry Hill, Little Ferry and Ridgefield. Shadow-anchored by the Westfield Garden State Plaza, the third-largest mall in the New York Metropolitan Area, 60 Rte. 17 North was acquired in 2015 by the joint-venture partnership, which was at- tracted to the retail center due, in large part, to its loca-

tion on an established trade corridor. “Paramus has long served as a magnet for shoppers in Bergen County and be- yond,” said Jared Minatelli , Advance Realty’s director of asset management. “The property at 60 Rte. 17 North, which consistently captures a high volume of retail traffic, was a perfect fit for HMart as it looked to capitalize on this thriving market and add to its growing list of locations.” Minatelli, along with Gold- stein Group president C huck Lanyard and sales associate
