Fall Foliage Cruise Celebration River Cruises, Moline, IL Saturday, October 7 Imagine yourself cruising down the Mississippi, admiring the colors of nature all around you. Beautiful scenery abounds as you float up and down the river while in the background the great sounds of music from the 40’s to the present. Field of Dreams and Dyersville Thursday, September 21 Don’t let its size fool you - Dyersville has so much to explore! Join us for a day of nonstop fun where you’ll feel like a kid again at the National Farm Toy Museum, founded by the Ertl Company, or explore the nearby Antique Plaza for unique treasures. Visit the historic Basilica of St. Francis Xavier, a Catholic treasure that is over 125 years old, take a self-guided tour of the “If You Build It” exhibit and Dwier Brown’s “Baseball Hall of Dreams” exhibit, and even step into a guided tour of the original house used in the filming of the movie Field of Dreams. To end the day, we’ll experience a “Ghost Tour” from a White Sox character, and we might even catch an actor who was part of the original movie!
