basking in the beauty of the majestic mountains and glaciers on this all-day adventure. Then we’ll venture south, traveling along one of the most scenic drives in Alaska to the small town of Girdwood and Alaska’s premier resort destination, the Alyeska Resort. This chateau-style hotel will sweep you off your feet, as will the aerial tram ride to the top of Mt. Alyeska for indescribable views of the rugged terrain. A scenic drive to the coastal town of Seward brings us to our next adventure as we board a deluxe marine vessel for a cruise deep into Kenai Fjords National Park and Resurrection Bay. An exciting day on the water will provide plenty of opportunities
to see orca whales, harbor seals, puffins, and breathtaking glaciers. We’ll then settle in for a relaxing stay at the Seward Windsong Lodge, a tranquil retreat tucked among the tall trees alongside the Resurrection River. Day six will have us traveling through the heart of the famous Kenai Peninsula and enjoying the spectacular views along the coastline of Cook Inlet. Two nights in Homer will include a visit to the Islands & Ocean Visitor Center and a guided Dock Walk to learn more about the harbor and the marine life that call it home. Our adventure will come to an end with a stop at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center and a final night in Anchorage before we return home.
