4.4.3 Cybersecurity Synergy
Agar strategi keamanan siber dapat dijalankan secara efektif dan berkelanjutan, Penyelenggara harus memastikan alokasi sumber daya yang memadai, baik dalam bentuk teknologi pendukung, personel, maupun pengembangan kapabilitas tim keamanan siber. Ketersediaan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya ini harus dirancang untuk mendukung respons cepat terhadap ancaman, peningkatan efisiensi operasional, serta adaptasi terhadap dinamika ancaman yang terus berkembang. One key element in enhancing cybersecurity synergy is the ability to share threat intelligence information with various stakeholders. Providers must actively establish active collaborations with external entities such as industry associations, regulators, CERTs (Computer Emergency Response Teams), and cybersecurity service providers to obtain updates on developing threats, the latest attack techniques, and effective mitigation measures. Providers are also encouraged to: a. Subscribe to credible third-party threat intelligence sources (both commercial and open-source) to obtain up- to-date information on system vulnerabilities, new attack vectors, and indicators of compromise (IoCs) relevant to their operational context. b. Integrate the intelligence findings into security policies, firewall rules, incident response playbooks, and threat detection systems. To ensure that the incident response strategy is executed effectively, this approach must be fully integrated into the entire cybersecurity ecosystem of the Providers. This integration includes strengthening coordination between the incident response team and the units managing infrastructure, operations, and risk management, so that incident response can be executed swiftly, accurately, and in a well-documented manner. 1. Threat Intelligence Sharing c. Establish a vulnerability intelligence-sharing forum, especially among Exchanges, to improve resilience across the AKD/AK industry.
