To support the cybersecurity process, supporting apparatus in training, awareness improvement, and collaboration between stakeholders are advisable.
7.1. Training FSTI Providers should have a cybersecurity training program for their employees which are essential to increase awareness of cyber threats and best practices for mitigating risks. Employee training programs that are inclusive and address Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) are also essential in mitigating cybersecurity risks, as employees from diverse backgrounds may have varying levels of understanding and experience with cybersecurity threats and best practices.
