7.3. Collaboration FSTI Providers is advised to collaborate and join communities to obtain information related to cybersecurity more promptly. Things to improve collaboration are, among others:
1. Identify collaboration partners
a. Conduct identification on parties related to the FSTI Providers such as authority agencies, law enforcement, cybersecurity threats, and industry association. b. Assess how each potential partner can contribute to and benefit from the collaboration.
2. Establish Memorandum of Understanding
a. Create formal agreements that outline the scope of collaboration, roles, responsibilities, and the nature of information to be shared. b. Have legal teams review agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
