The Brock Trail is a multi-use pathway ideal for walking and cycling through Brockville. It connects waterfront parks and green spaces, running from Centeen Park through downtown and north toward the Mac Johnson Wildlife Area, with a mix of river views, nature, and local history along the way. Just west of the city, the Thousand Islands Parkway offers a scenic, paved route along the St. Lawrence River. This traffic- free trail features wide-open water views, parkland, beaches, and picnic spots, making it perfect for a relaxed ride or walk in the heart of the Thousand Islands.
