Terms: - Terms of sale are cash unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made with Sale Management prior to sale. Liability: - Everyone attending this sale, do so at their own risk. Owners, clerks or other helpers do not assume responsibility, legal or otherwise, for damages, accidents or property loss that may occur. Sale Day Announcements: - Announcements from the auction block shall take precedence over the sale catalog and/or any additional printed information regarding animal(s) sold. Females: - All females are guaranteed sound and fertile by a licensed vet. Buyers are responsible for picking up females unless other arrangements have been made. If no contact has been made with seller within 48 hours after the sale, feed cost will be charged. Bull Guarantee: - Before delivery, the bulls will be fertility and soundness tested by a licensed vet and will be guaranteed through the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bull. Please notify us as soon as possible if injury should occur. This is not an insurance policy nor does it cover neglect or mismanagement. Delivery: - Bulls will be delivered free of charge in Montana and surrounding states. All other deliveries at cost. Registration Transfers: - A certificate of registry and transfer will be furnished for each animal sold as a registered animal, after settlement has been made. - We will be retaining a 1/3 semen interest on some bulls, buyer has full possession and salvage value.
