As we embark on the holidays and end of 2018, I am reflecting on this busy and successful year. This year has been full of learning, changes and growth for our business and team at All County Paving. As we grow, we know how important it is to keep our values and great people at the heart of everything we do. ގ One thing I know for sure is that ACP would not be where it is today without the relationships and bonds we have with our staff, the community, and especially our loyal customers. We are honored to have customers who trust us and allow us to help solve problems and create solutions for them on a regular basis. Likewise, we are fortunate to be able to give back to our community and partner with amazing organizations who are creating a better place for all of us to live and work. ގ As we finish out the year and head into 2019, we want to say thank you to everyone out there who supports us as we continue to grow and fulfill on our mission to build great teams, do great work, and make a difference in our industry and in our community. ގ I wish all of you a happy and healthy holiday season and look forward to working with you in the New Year!

“After using many asphalt contractors and getting disappointing results, we feel that with All County Paving we finally found a contractor that produces excellent results with fair pricing. All County recently did a patching job for one of our multi-family apartment communities and we could not be happier with the professionalism and work ethic with the crew, office and estimators. We will certainly be using them on our future projects. - Sean R. ގ Olen Properties”

Employee of the Month August 2018 Jessica Ebra: National Procurement Manager

Jessica has worked at All County since 2016 and quickly moved up the ranks due to her passion and work ethic. She was ގ promoted to a National Account Coordinator and in January of 2018 was promoted to National Procurement Manager. “I knew moving to this position was going to be extremely challenging but I was up for it. I have learned more within the past 8 months that I ever thought possible. This position has assured me that I can do anything I put my mind do. We deal with challenges daily whether it be bringing in new work, bidding a job, executing the job, or closing out the job. I can honestly say without Mike Ritter showing me his ways I would not be who I am today. My team is extremely supportive and without our hard-working Project Managers in the field none of this would be possible."

"Jessica is always on time, in fact she comes in early and leaves late. She never fails her goal. She is a Team player and leader. She always take time to teach and help others, even when she herself is under pressure. She always has a Great attitude especially under the gun. She is well liked and always has the company’s best interest at heart. She is a fierce competitor and a person that the National Department depends on every day."

Employee of the Month September 2018 Samantha Evans: Executive Assistantc

Samantha is the Executive Assistant to Ken, Andre and Jeff along with unofficially supporting multiple roles and people in the company. Samantha is known for jumping in any where she is needed and always having the company's best interest at heart . “When I first began working at All County, I never could have imagined that my role would evolve to what it is today. I thrive in a fast-paced environment, and ACP is nothing short of that. I enjoy “having a hand” in a little bit of everything, and being able to help others is very fulfilling. Over the last year and a half with ACP, I have been given the opportunity to learn from others, as well as thrive doing the things I do best. I know my strengths and All County provides me with a career where I can utilize them each and every day. I look forward to what my future will be with the ACP team! "

"Samantha is always willing to go the extra mile. There is not a situation that she can't handle. She is the definition of a team player that has the companies best interest at heart. Samantha is someone who is depended on every single day."

Employee of the Month October 2018 Ashleigh McFarlane: lead Project and Permit Coordinator

Ashleigh is known for being a constant support for the company and her department. She has even been referred to as the “Resident Trainer for new PCs.” “What I enjoy most about working with ACP is the continuing education available to the employees. I did not know a lot about the Paving Industry when I first started with ACP, but the knowledge that I have gained in such a short period of time is a key contributor in my personal and professional growth. I appreciate the encouragement frommy boss to see things through the eyes of not only our customers, but other employees and sub-contractors we work with on a daily basis which helps to ensure that every job is successful. ގ

"She is such an asset to not only the department, but the company. ̲She is very efficient, organized, and knowledgeable.̲ She is a great leader who is always willing to help others with a smile on her face, and is very approachable."

Crew Appreciation Over the past 10 years All County Paving has continued to grow, making it the successful business that it is today. To create and support that growth, it takes a strong and organized team. Every area of the business from sales to project coordination to production to accounting is essential in supporting the operations of the company. That being said, one department that we don’t always associate with this growth is our amazing field team and crew. ގ The guys who are out on the job, in the heat every day making sure our jobs get done right and on time. ގ We have 17 crews out in the field on a daily basis and they are led by experienced and knowledgeable foreman. ގ

To show our field crews how much they are appreciated and how important they are to the company, we went out and hosted CREW APPRECIATION LUNCHES. The ACP Executive Team and members of the Office Staff delivered or hosted lunch for our crew members.
