Welcome to our 2026 Bull Sale -- These are certainly exciting times in the cattle industry! We are pleased to show you our selection of registered yearling Simmental and SimAngus bulls. We are pleased to give you 12 di # erent sires to chose from! The OMF Epic calves continue to impress us! He boasts easy calving EPDs, growth and performance! Our high selling bull last year was a Epic son out of a Cowboy Cut daughter. Look at the stretch and muscle he puts on calves. Epic is also used heavily as a heifer bull. Genesis and Bold Ruler are new for us this year. They are half brothers by the popular sire WS Proclamation W202. Genesis is known to produce great females and has tremondous growth EPD. Bold Ruler adds more calving ease. Gibbs Essential was used on our heifers last year and we very pleased with calving ease and their performance. As part of our commitment to the quality of our breeding stock, all bulls have been DNA tested to ensure pedigrees are accurate. We have run a Genetic Condition panel on each bull to rule out many genetic defects. A copy of these tests will be provided to each purchaser. Genomically Enhanced EPDs -- is the greatest benefit that DNA testing adds! Genetic markers are used to provide more information to the EPDs you use to select bulls. The accuracy of these EPDs are accelerated by using DNA. You can see the results when reviewing EPDs and looking at the ACC (accuracy) under the EPDs. Highly Accurate EPDs is what we are looking for! Young bulls tradtionally do not have high accuracy since they do not have progeny -- DNA testing helps improve accuracy! Bulls are listed in the catalog in their birth order. Bulls were weaned on 9/29/2026. Yearling measurements were taken on 1/13/2026. They were pelvic measured, scanned and scrotal measured at that time. We will have current weights and scrotals as a supplement on sale day. Our auction sale will be live on DVAuction so everyone can be involved!
