Options offers a continuum of services that support children, youth, adults, and families at every stage of life.
Our Client Voices
Our Early Years Services, including Child Care Resource and Referral, Family Resource Programs, Healthiest Babies Possible, Multicultural Early Years, Support to Parents of Young Children, and Growing Together Outreach, provide accessible, low-barrier support for families with young children. Through strengths-based, family- centred, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approaches, families are supported to build confidence, strengthen natural support networks, enhance parenting skills, and develop meaningful connections within their communities. Our Family Services programs, including Family Support Outreach, Family Enhancement, Multicultural Family Preservation, and Caring Dads, work alongside families experiencing challenges to strengthen family relationships, increase stability, promote safety and well-being, and build the skills and resilience needed to thrive.

Through Special Services to Children and Their Families (SSCF) and Empower, children, youth, and adults with support needs are provided individualized services that promote skill development, independence, inclusion, and meaningful participation in community life. By focusing on each person's strengths and goals, these programs help individuals build confidence, foster relationships, and reach their full potential. Our Youth Services, including the STARR After School Program, create opportunities for young people to develop life and social skills, build positive peer relationships, increase independence, and engage in safe, supportive, and enriching activities that contribute to their overall well-being and future success.
Together, these programs strengthen individuals, families, and communities by fostering belonging, resilience, connection, and opportunities for growth.
