Welcome The Lindskov Family welcomes you to our 45th Annual Bull Sale. Thank you for placing your trust and confidence in our family and the “LT” brand. The best testament of our program is based upon the success of so many great friends, family’s and operations that have put their trust in our cattle and customer service. We work diligently to ensure that we have the industry-leading genetics available year in and year out for our customers to build their success around. We take immense pride in being a small part of so many progressive ranching operations across the country that believe in producing the best cattle in the world. We are experiencing record breaking feeder cattle prices that the industry has ever seen to date! The nation’s cow herd is continuing to shrink with the US cow inventory currently at the lowest in years! With the current shortage of cattle in the supply chain and high demand across the world, there is no better time to put the best genetics to work for your operation and to capitalize on the growing demand for high-quality beef! This past year we spent countless hours marketing our customers’ cattle through our unmatched customer buyback program. LT custom - er calves have topped the market throughout the year and continue to lead the way in both performance and carcass traits that the feeders and packer’s demand. It was very evident that there was a definite separation for higher quality genetics throughout the feeder cattle run this past year. More than ever, it was apparent that the investment in progressive genetics pays off. Investing in LT genetics gives you the security you deserve and should expect from your seedstock source come sale day knowing that you have another buyer in the seats. Whether you sell at the local sale barn, video sale or by private treaty we will continue to work hard to get you the added premium you deserve! Please reach out to anyone of us to discuss your marketing needs, we have several options to help you optimize the highest return possible. The bulls in this year’s offering like in the past were developed on a “High Roughage Ration,” no corn or silage! This feeding protocol has resulted in bulls that are highly fertile and maintain their body condi - tion throughout the breeding season resulting in less fall out and more cows covered. We feel by having a late April sale gives us the opportu - nity to really focus on growing and developing our bulls to last in any elements. We have had tremendous feedback from customers saying that our bulls hold their condition, are structurally sound, and are strong breeders. Focusing on Fertility, Longevity, Carcas Merit and Per - formance over the years has resulted in cattle that not only are phe - notypically correct but hold up under extreme conditions. Our strong Maternal factory is not taken lightly, we continue to focus on the cow factory while producing bulls and females that are easy fleshing, fer - tile, and structurally correct. LT genetics perform above industry levels in the feedlot and on the rail resulting in strong demand from both the feeders and packers. All bulls will be semen checked prior to sale day and guaranteed for the first breeding season. In the event that you need an extra bull or two during breeding season, please reach out to us and we will deliver in a timely manner.
We are constantly evaluating our herd sire battery to continue to grow on important traits like fertility, longevity, efficiency, perfor - mance, carcass merit, and strong maternal characteristics. We have also focused on desirable docility resulting in better feed intakes and higher average gains in the feeder cattle. We continue to use our tried and proven herd sires along with the addition of some new and exciting herd bulls this past year. We are committed to promoting the sustainability of the commercial cow-calf producer by providing proven, profitable genetics for our customers. Your acceptance of the bulls and the progeny you produce are the driving factors behind our passion for raising the absolute best seedstock possible. Over the past few years, we have had the opportunity to add some new and exciting genetics to the LT World Renowned herd by purchas - ing several elite Angus females from top breeders around the Country. We have also been building a strong Hereford program by adding top females and herd sires from some of the most sought-after Hereford programs in the Nation. Included in our Hereford program are several top females from the Bill King Ranch in New Mexico and an elite set of females and bull calves from the legendary Churchill Hereford program dispersal this past year. We were also able to add the pick of the Topp Hereford females and the pick of the Coyler Hereford females to our program this past year. We feel we already have a strong foothold in the Hereford world with the female and bull battery we have put together the past few years. We were fortunate to be able to partner on a few of the most talked about Hereford Herd Sires in the business that not only are performing in our program but being used by several breeders from around the world. With the top 50% of the bulls on test being offered in the sale we invite you to evaluate this year’s offering from top to bottom and buy with confidence as we feel it is our strongest offering to date. We know how hard our customers work to produce the best cattle possible and we want to earn your business by providing you with the best genetics available along with the highest customer service in the industry that you should expect from your bull supplier. Please give Todd, Jim, or myself a call if you have any questions about the bulls and feel free to stop by and view the bulls and cowherd at your con- venience. Come early on sale day, bring the entire family, enjoy lunch and plan to stay for the post-sale social, dinner, and hospitality to be held at our new sale facility north of Isabel. It truly is an honor to be able to work with so many great friends, families, and ranching operations across the country. The good Lord blessed us with the greatest job on earth, and we will go the extra mile to earn your business and support you through this journey. We look forward to the future with optimism, opportunity, and excitement as the World demands high quality, sustainable beef. If you are looking for quality, affordability, and volume, all with the highest customer service in the industry, you will not want to miss out on this year’s offering. It will be worth the drive and worth the wait for the 2026 LT Bull Sale event! Sincerely, Bryce Lindskov & The Lindskov LT Family

History of the Lindskov Ranch The Lindskov Ranch was founded by William “Bill” Lindskov in 1934. Bill and Delores operated the local café in Isabel, SD for several years while running Hereford cattle and Hampshire sheep north of Isabel. Bill purchased the Automotive Company, a New Holland Farm Equipment Dealership in 1951 and continued to ranch along with operating the dealership. Bill decided it was time to move his family to the ranch 5 miles north of Isabel along Firesteel Creek in 1961 that he had been slowly putting together over the years! Bill passed away unexpectedly in 1981 at the early age of 68. Bill and his son Les were partners in
both the Automotive Co. and on the ranch for over 10 years so Les took over full management of the operations at the age of 30. Les bought his first registered Charolais cows in 1980 and continued to expand the ranching operations with both registered Charolais cows and Commercial cattle along with a large flock of sheep. He held his first Charolais bull sale in 1981. Brent and Nancy Thiel joined Les and Marcia in the Registered Charolais business in 1987, so with this the Lindskov-Thiel Charolais partnership was formed. Later the partnership added a Registered Angus herd to the operation therefore having both breeds in the Annual Bull Sale. The Lindskov-Thiel program grew to become one of the most recognized Charolais and Angus herds in the Nation. In 2022 Brent and Nancy decided it was time to slow down and the Lindskov-Thiel partnership was dissolved. The purebred operation was rebranded to Lindskov’s LT Ranch and is managed by Bryce, Todd & Monte Lindskov and their families. Today the Lindskov operation features purebred Charolais and Angus bulls
in their annual bull sale and registered females by private treaty along with commercial bred heifers that they sell each fall. They also feed several thousand of their customers’ calves that they buy each fall and winter. The Lindskov’s look forward to serving their existing customers along with building new relations with potential new customers in the future. The Lindskov family is really focused on customer service by adding value and profit to the commercial rancher and seedstock producers, all while meeting the needs of the feeders, packers, and consumers. They want their customers to be rewarded for their hard work and loyalty to the LT program.
The next generation is already a big part of the operation, and this gives them great joy knowing that the hard work of their ancestors will continue on. The Lindskov’s view the land as a gift to the steward who cares for it. They aim to leave the land better than they found it over 80 years ago. Through sustainable practices such as conservation, grazing, water, and wildlife management, the ranch, and their vision to produce top-notch livestock and crops, will continue for generations to come.

u {The Finished Product} u Built For the Future
10
Things have changed in the 45 years our family has been in the Purebred cattle business starting in 1981 with Les’s first Charolais Bull Sale held at Faith Livestock under Lindskov Charolais. In the late eighties Les partnered with Brent Thiel and the registered cattle operations changed from Lindskov Charolais to Lindskov-Thiel Ranch. Four years ago, we transitioned out of our partnership with the Thiels and renamed the ranch to Lindskov’s LT Ranch keeping the LT prefix that has become rec - ognized worldwide for both top Angus and Charolais genetics. With this transition came growth and continued de - mand for LT genetics from our loyal customers along with several new customers from around the country. We are excited for the future with strong demand for top genetics and our unmatched customer service, especially through our support of our customers’ calves. With this growth we outgrew our current facil - ity and knew it was time for an update that would be a gathering place for our customers and friends. This facility was built for the future as we have invest- ed in some of the top genetics in the world and are looking to continue growing our World-Renowned Genetics sale not only with our Charolais and Angus bulls but also by adding Herefords and Sim Angus. Construction started the first week of August 2025 and we were fortunate to finish the entire project in just 9 months making it possible to host our first sale this past April in the new facility. A special thanks to everyone who made this possible and for all the support and encouragement from our customers and friends! We wanted this facility to be a place that our custom - ers could bring their families with to enjoy a fun-filled event and to feel comfortable. We also wanted a facility that was easy on the cattle and our employees that work hard to make this all happen. We hope that our customers and friends can come and enjoy the day with us at our new facility that was built for the comfort and enjoyment of all you and the comfort and safety of the cattle that we put all our effort into producing! Please feel free to stop by and take a tour if you are in the area, we would love to show you around. The Lindskov Family
