SEMEN TEST All bulls have had a complete semen evaluation by Dr. Pat Bierman and all supporting certificates will be provided at the settlement desk on sale day. SEMEN INTEREST Lindskov’s LT Ranch will retain 1/3 semen interest in all bulls. If we choose to collect a bull we will work with the new owner to make arrangements that fit their schedule. Lindskov’s LT Ranch offers sales and accounting at no cost to the new owners in the event of semen sales. OWNERSHIP Cattle are the property of the buyer as soon as sold, with the buyer taking complete risk after sale day. Please visit with Martin-Trudeau Insurance on sale day. INSURANCE 100k results will be available on all bulls u Contact Todd or Bryce for information. All bulls are registered with either the American Charolais International Association, American Angus Association or the American Hereford Association. Registrations will be transferred to the buyer at time of settlement. TERMS & DISPUTES The terms of the sale are cash or check payable to Lindskov’s LT Ranch unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made prior to the sale. The right of the property shall not pass until after settlement is made. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released. The auctioneer will settle any bid disputes. LIABILITY All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise, for their safety or behavior of the animals. The owners, auctioneers, sale staff and hosts assume no liability for property loss or any accidents that may occur. ANNOUNCEMENTS Errors discovered in the catalog will be corrected by announcements from the auction block at sale time, and such corrections will take precedence over the printed materials. Please note, delivery will begin the week following the sale, we will be reaching out to schedule deliveries. We will do our best to get the bulls delivered to your yard or within a short distance. We will try to have all bulls delivered within two weeks after the sale to make room for our spring AI program. Please make delivery arrangements at the settlement desk. If you prefer to haul your own bulls on sale day, we will give a $100 per head discount. BREEDING GUARANTEE Lindskov’s LT Ranch unconditionally guarantees our bulls to be sound, fertile, and reproductive through the first breeding season which will end as of September 1st in the year of purchase. In the event that the bull is injured or fails a semen evaluation by September 1st in the year of purchase, a replacement will be made available or credit in the forthcoming sale. Salvage value of the bull will be deducted from the credit. We strongly recommend obtaining insurance at the time of purchase. We will guarantee your satisfaction! HEALTH Health certificates will be provided with each sale lot. Dr. Bierman will be available on sale day to write any interstate health certificates. All bulls have been given two rounds of Fuso guard Foot rot vaccine along with being on complete vaccination and mineral program since birth.
