See what everyone wants to do onboard From your 5-year-old to your 17-year-old, every family member will have an idea of how they’d like to spend their time onboard, so it’s a good idea to have a chat about it before you leave. They may want to spend their days splashing about in the pool, testing their strength on the rock climbing wall or trying as many onboard activities as they can! Take a note of everyone’s top activities, including your own, and then you can make a plan to fit it all in – the Adventure Ocean® Program comes in really handy here (more on this later). Whether they want to meet new friends in the teen-only area or they want to go ice skating*, with a solid plan, you can do it all.

Book family shore excursions No matter which of their destinations you’ll be visiting, there are plenty of fantastic shore excursions to choose from. From snorkelling in Bermuda to pizza making in the Mediterranean, there’s a shore excursion to suit every traveller. You might spend time apart onboard, especially if your children are in the Adventure Ocean®
Program, so a shore excursion is a lovely way to come back together as a family. If you’re visiting the Caribbean, join their shore excursion to Stingray City where you can meet the local stingrays, or if you’re in the Med, you can explore the sights on a guided tour of Rome. Before booking, be sure to check the age limit.
