Choosing to study healthcare management was a deliberate decision to expand my knowledge beyond patient consultations. The course’s accreditation by the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management and its recognition as a cutting-edge programme were key factors. The inclusion of CPD points from The CPD Standards Office reinforced its value. The experience on the course was intense and impactful, with the acquired frameworks and tools being highly valuable. The standout aspect was the amazing support system provided by the staff. Interactions were exceptional, offering academic support, validating personal experiences as teaching tools, and providing outstanding non-academic guidance. Learning new management tools and techniques in this supportive environment made the journey worthwhile.
