SUCCESS CONVERSATIONS

SUCCESS CONVERSATIONS MENTORING, COACHING

The degree of disruption everyone has been feeling and change both externally (covid, climate change, economy etc) and internally (new ways of working, digitisation etc) is leading people to potentially question their future, how they work and what they expect of organisations. The perceived pressure to deliver coupled with online working make it less likely that these questions are raised with their people managers. The absence of open conversations in which people can raise questions, discuss concerns and express their needs can potentially manifest as silent complaints and ultimately, private choices. The result as we have seen, can be higher than normal attrition rates, a lack of visibility of development or career opportunities, unchecked workloads, mental health and well-being issues and a resistance to change. One of the core roles of leadership at this time is to bring these conversations into the open, so that they can be voiced, heard and appropriately responded to. We know post the pandemic people are reflecting on their career and life choices and now is our opportunity to step forward and engage to help you and everyone you work with. WHAT ARE ‘SUCCESS CONVERSATIONS?’ Put simply, they are a way of meaningfully engaging with individuals and teams to help them meet their own and the firm’s goals. It recognises that motivated, inspired and engaged people are more productive, leading to greater engagement and ultimately happy clients.

Our aim is to support you in having meaningful conversations in all aspects of your role – with peers, partners and clients - ensuring you have the tools in your toolkit to draw on as required to have success conversations.
