All price disputes will be settled by the auctioneer from the block. Bowman Livestock and its agents are not responsible for any misunderstandings or errors between seller/buyer. Lameness must be determined by Saturday following the sale. Soundness includes sound on all four, good in air, eyes, and does not crib. Any disputes after the sale are to be made between the consignor and buyer. Cash, check or bank wire transfers are accepted. Wire transfers must be received by Friday following sale or animal will be held at auction barn at buyer’s cost. No private sales before or after sale shall take place.
