We are really impressed that you have found a development that is so perfect for us. The properties themselves are architecturally attractive from the outside and have super-stylish interiors. We love the open-plan layouts and spacious balconies. From a personal point of view, it’s the location that clinches it for us. We know this area inside out and we know that we love living here. Being able to buy a home in Peckham would be a dream come true for us. There are so many great things so close by – with Burgess Park, Peckham Rye, New Cross and Surrey Quays all within such easy reach – while the buses whisk you into central London so quickly.” ”We would feel so lucky to buy our own home in Peckham, which is already so much like home – and so close to family and friends. We have already had our affordability of a one bedroom apartment approved and will really enjoy taking a look around, and hopefully making an offer as soon as possible!”
Oh we do love Blackheath and Greenwich, and it would be so nice to live so close by in Kidbrooke. The setting is just lovely: the gardens are so pretty and the train links into central London are amazing, with the station so close by. We really like the look of the interiors – so much natural light and very stylish features. This is such a great option, and though it is a bit further east than we had originally imagined, it’s certainly food for thought.”
It’s exciting for a local like me to see that Lewisham has seen so much growth and investment in recent years. The apartments are in a really convenient location, with the railway station a very short walk away, so it’s so easy to get into town and home easily from nights out. We’re big fans of the styling here – with the dark kitchens and large tiles in the bathroom. There are some stunning views from the balconies, and the shared outside areas provide a great chance to enjoy the outdoors without going too far!”
