Fink Beef Genetics - Fall Bull Sale [10/18/25]

Fall 2024 Charolais Bulls

Top: 50% CE, 8% MCE, 8% Marb. An ET bull that came in lighter due to recipient cow. He will catch up. His dam and cow family are well known nationwide. Growth EPDs are lighter on this bull due to the dams age. She was born in 2010 and is still a donor at Aristo Farms!! Marbling is chased in some breeds that need to think about balance in many areas, in our opinion. We do pay attention to marbling in Charolais because muscle and marbling together will be very important in the future. 146 Cowtown x Bluegrass x Gain & Grade CE BW WW YW MILK MCE MTL SC CW REA FAT MARB TSI 11.5 -0.2 54 102 13 14.0 40 1.4 21 .52 .015 .31 265.4 FINK 4770 OF 023 CT DOB: 8/24/2024 Reg #: EM1011606 Tattoo: 4770

* Hondo is proving to be an exceptional son of Larsons that we chose to collect and use within our program. * Moderate framed (plus), thick, nice bone (not course or big jointed) nice disposition. * His EPDs keep improving with every set of data that comes in. * We are calving our first daughters this fall. There are moderate framed, guts and early appearance is he’s doing a very nice job, exceptional ferility on them also. * Note his exceptional ribeye and marbling with MINUS backfat! * Hondo’s dam is the “Miss Lady” family and would rank in (if not) the best Gold Standard daughters .

Top: 20% WW, 8% YW, 20% SC, 9% CW, 30% REA, 25% Fat, 2% Marb., 5% TSI The dam of this neat bull is a huge ribbed, high volume female that was born in 2015 and is still in production with good feet and udder. Hondo beefed up her EPDs as an older animal usually gets hammered on EPDs with age. A lot of times, older females get hit because they can’t have enough calves in a lifetime to hold up to the computers!! Potential Replacements here. 148 Hondo x Free Lunch x Bluegrass CE BW WW YW MILK MCE MTL SC CW REA FAT MARB TSI 5.6 1.0 72 139 21 3.0 57 1.4 40 .83 -.001 .43 301.3 FINK 4870 OF 5780 HONDO DOB: 9/19/2024 Reg #: M1011621 Tattoo: 4870 Top: 15% YW, 15% SC, 4% Udder, 9% Teat, 15% CW, 15% TSI A solid set of numbers across the board here. No extremes - but very solid. Again a touch older dam, but that’s good because of longevity, but younger cattle come in with higher numbers and it hurts older age genetics. Maybe backwards, older genetics that get it done for several years should get the gold star!!! 149 Hondo x Free Lunch x Grid Maker CE BW WW YW MILK MCE MTL SC CW REA FAT MARB TSI 9.3 -0.6 65 134 26 4.6 59 1.5 38 .67 .011 .20 287.6 FINK 4829 OF 612 HONDO DOB: 8/15/2024 Reg #: M1011647 Tattoo: 4829

#78 for TSI for 2024 born bulls.

Top: 15% CE, 15% WW, 3% YW, 20% MCE, 3% CW, 10% REA, 2% Marb., 1% TSI Producers, purebred or commercial, are encouraged to add LCC Hondo to your genet- ics. Hondo is proving to get a lot of the right spots filled for long term. This bull can do a lot of good. Good in terms of carcass to a set of calves, pounds (and not an extra 200 lbs. of fat) at harvest, that’s inefficient to put on, plus extra days on feed when more dead or crippled cattle tend to show up. Potential Replacements here. 147 Hondo x Free Lunch x Grid Maker CE BW WW YW MILK MCE MTL SC CW REA FAT MARB TSI 15.4 -1.9 74 152 22 12.4 59 1.0 47 .96 .017 .44 322.4 FINK 4824 OF 93 HONDO DOB: 8/13/2024 Reg #: M1011644 Tattoo: 4824
