“Rutherford homes are selling 10 days faster than 6 months ago. Prices are up $14k & inventory is down 10%, making it tough for homebuyers wanting low interest rates. We see buyer’s offer over asking price, reducing some of their contingencies, waiving appraisals, doing “as is” purchases & paying their own closing cost to win homes. The biggest surprise is still how low inventory is but I expect this to change as more people start to build.
