Details • Depth : Increased pallet depth will decrease weight capacity due to increase mass moment. • Width : Excessively wide pallets with insufficient support (overhang of greater than 3x thickness) may result in increased part deflection and chatter during machining. • Max Machining Depth : May be exceeded safely in some areas; for details, request 3d models. Machine beyond this point at your own risk. • Custom pallets are available with or without grips, and with alternative coupling sizes. • Weight : includes pallet, specified coupling, SPA pin (Locating) and IXB pin (Clocking). • Max weight: based off 3 m/s 2 robot acceleration. Slower acceleration will allow for higher weights. • List Price : includes pallet blank with SPA locating pin and IXB clocking pin PKL Mini 100 Coupling adds $400 to list price. • Turning : all pallets are balanced for turning up to 2,000 RPM (Schunk clamping modules are rated for 1,500 RPM).
