Tracy Reneé Williams is the founder and CEO of TraComm Development Group and has 20 years of experience. She holds a Master of Science in Communication and Human Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from TCU. Tracy is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strengths Deployment Inventory, Core Clarity, and Crucial Conversations. A fun fact about her is that she has stood on two continents simultaneously. Her favorite quote is, "If serving is beneath you, leadership is beyond you." For self-care, she enjoys getting lost in a book, ideally on a beach. In high school, she was voted "Best All-Around," though she's unsure what it meant. Tracy served as the first Black president of the TCU Alumni Association, representing over 100,000 alumni for five years, and proudly holds the title of "Auntie Tracy" among her many roles.
