3-2 Confidential Company Information During the course of work, employees may become aware of confidential information about Frenchman's Creek's business, including but not limited to information regarding Frenchman's Creek financial information, club membership directory, software and computer programs, marketing strategies, suppliers, and customers and potential customers. Employees also may become aware of similar confidential information belonging to Frenchman's Creek's clients. It is extremely important that all such information remain confidential, including information discussed during meetings or telephone conversations. Any employee who improperly discusses, copies, removes (whether physically or electronically), uses, or discloses confidential information to anyone outside Frenchman's Creek may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. It is cause of immediate dismissal for any employee who shares or divulges personal information, e.g., names, addresses, telephone numbers of Frenchman's Creek club members, and/or their guests or other employees. This policy applies to anyone who works for or provides services either directly or indirectly (contractor, agency, etc.) to Frenchman's Creek.
